As an FQHC, Neighborhood Health reports its data on important quality measures, including childhood immunizations, counseling for obesity and smoking cessation, cancer screenings, and the management of chronic diseases including cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes, and hypertension. Neighborhood Health has consistently performed at a level significantly higher than national and state averages.
